Angelo De Simone founded Real Estate Xchange in 2014 and leads the firm’s client advisory, property management, and strategic operations.

Based permanently in London since 2010, Angelo brings extensive hands-on experience in the London property market, with a particular focus on serving international clients navigating UK real estate from abroad.

He is directly involved in every client relationship and takes a personal, results-oriented approach to each engagement — whether advising on acquisitions, managing property portfolios, or coordinating cross-border transactions between the UK and Italy.

Angelo’s approach is grounded in discretion, direct market knowledge, and long-term relationships with clients, advisors, and institutions across the UK–Italy corridor.
