Letting & Management Fee
12% inclusive of VAT (calculated at 20%)

Sales Fee
3.6% inclusive of VAT (calculated at 20%)

Finding Fee
3.6% inclusive of VAT (calculated at 20%)

Client Protections

Your funds and your interests are formally safeguarded.

Client Money Protection (CMP)

All client funds held by the firm — including rental income, deposits, and transactional funds — are protected under a Client Money Protection scheme as required by UK law. In the event of a business failure, your money is insured and recoverable.

Professional Indemnity Insurance (PI)

All professional work carried out by the firm is covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance, protecting clients against professional risk and liability.


Regulatory Framework

We operate under the UK’s professional regulatory framework for estate and letting agents. These memberships and registrations reflect the standards we are held to — and the protections available to you.

The Property Ombudsman (TPO)

We are a registered member of The Property Ombudsman, the UK government-supervised independent redress scheme. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal procedure, you have the right to refer the matter to TPO for independent review — at no cost.
